༄༅། །ཕོངས་པ་སེལ་བའི་སྒྲོལ་མ་།།
ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལྷ་ཡི་ཚོགས་རྣམས་རྒྱལ་པོ།
།ལྷ་དང་མིའམ་ཅི་ཡིས་བསྟེན་མ། །
ཀུན་ནས་གོ་ཆ་དགའ་བའི་བརྗིད་ཀྱིས།
།རྩོད་དང་རྨི་ལམ་ངན་པ་སེལ་མ། །

Homage to Tara about whom the gods assemble,
a refuge of peace and reverence,
where the devas of this world and the asuras gather;
her majesty, her gladness, her armour
dissolve at once
all strife and every evil dream.

Nghi quỹ tu trì Lục Độ Phật Mẫu, Drukpa lineage

Tara “who consumes suffering” is peaceful of aspect and wholly white in colour. She shows one face, two eyes and two arms. She sits in the ardha-paryanka posture, her left foot hanging a little below, enthroned upon a golden sun disc and a white lotus. In both hands she holds a triangular brazier before her breast. She is adorned with divine silk garments and jewel ornaments, and above her crown appears the buddha Vairochana. She has the power to pacify nightmares and to free beings from imprisonment and captivity.
